A large real estate company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will underwrite commercial real estate investment opportunities and build the financial models that assess performance, valuation and investor returns. You will also support brokers with the materials they take to market.
What you'll do
- Underwrite commercial real estate investment opportunities.
- Analyze property and transaction documents.
- Build financial models to assess performance, valuation and investor returns.
- Research markets and properties and communicate your analytical findings.
- Support brokers with investment materials, presentations and offering memoranda.
What you bring
- Experience underwriting commercial real estate investments at a senior level.
- Strong financial modelling skills for valuation and investor return analysis.
- Ability to review and interpret property and transaction documents.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing presentations and offering memoranda.
