About the role
A mid-sized appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing company in Arden Hills is hiring for this role. You will manage customer accounts and own the sales process from quoting through production, installation, support and end of life. You will also look for new sales, upgrades and service opportunities.
What you'll do
- Manage customer accounts across the full sales process, from quote to end of life.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the relationship.
- Identify opportunities for new sales, upgrades and service.
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, field service, engineering, marketing and management to support customers.
- Develop sales strategies and share customer feedback and market trends with the team.
What you bring
