A mid-sized machinery manufacturing company in Anniston is hiring for this role. You will lead daily operations for an emergency maintenance support program, taking urgent work orders from notification through Government closeout. The role exists to keep repairs on time and compliant with response, safety and technical requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead daily operations for the emergency maintenance support program.
- Manage urgent work orders from notification through Government closeout.
- Coordinate Depot stakeholders, field personnel, OEMs, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure repairs meet response, safety and technical requirements.
- Oversee documentation, validation and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Experience managing projects or programs in an industrial operations setting.
- Ability to coordinate work across stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of safety and technical requirements for repair work.
- Discipline with documentation, validation and performance reporting.
