A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Hiram is hiring for this role. You will lead a production shift of approximately 50 employees, owning daily assignments, production targets, staffing and employee performance. The role keeps the shift safe, productive and focused on quality.

- Resolve operational issues and work with quality control and other manufacturing supervisors
