About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Sandusky is hiring for this role. You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance and the day-to-day operation of critical data center infrastructure. The goal is reliability, sustainability and 100% uptime, working in partnership with facility leadership.
What you'll do
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical infrastructure
- Oversee vendors and contracts
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and change controls
- Manage budgets, audits and capacity planning
- Lead safety practices and develop operational staff
What you bring
- Experience managing maintenance for critical facility infrastructure, ideally a data center
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Skill managing vendors, contracts and budgets
- Familiarity with change control, audits and capacity planning
- Ability to develop operational staff and work closely with facility leadership
