About the role
A mid-sized industrial machinery manufacturing company in Fremont is hiring for this role. You will oversee daily operations at the fabrication plant, owning production, safety, quality, maintenance, inventory and workforce management. The goal is to meet production, cost and delivery targets while improving productivity and profitability.

- Lead plant personnel and manage the workforce
- Drive continuous improvement efforts on the plant floor

- Experience running fabrication or manufacturing plant operations
- Proven ability to lead plant teams and manage a workforce
- A track record with continuous improvement
- Comfort using performance data to make operating decisions
- Working knowledge of safety, quality, maintenance and inventory management
