About the role
A large farming company in Edmonton is hiring for this role. You will lead day-to-day inbound or outbound warehouse operations and make sure work is carried out safely and consistently. You will also manage and develop the Warehouse Supervisors who run the floor.

- Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, inventory control and material handling
- Keep safe, consistent execution at the centre of every shift and process
- Manage and develop Warehouse Supervisors
- Manage resources and operational performance
- Drive service, productivity, quality and cost goals through continuous improvement
What you bring
- Experience leading inbound or outbound warehouse operations
- Experience managing and developing supervisors
- Working knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control and material handling
- A focus on safety, service, quality and cost
- A record of continuous improvement
