About the role
A mid-sized home health care services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will build and run the end-to-end supply chain for the company's hardware, from forecasting through to delivery. You will also set up the refurbishment and reverse-logistics programs that return sensors to service.
What you'll do
- Forecast demand and manage purchasing across international factories.
- Plan inventory placement and replenishment between a Canadian warehouse and a US 3PL.
- Oversee delivery of hardware to where it is needed.
- Establish refurbishment and reverse-logistics programs for sensors.
- Create the operating procedures, dashboards and scorecards that keep the supply chain reliable and cost-effective.
What you bring
- Experience running supply chain operations for physical hardware.
- Skill in forecasting, purchasing, inventory and replenishment.
- Experience working with overseas factories, warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
- Ability to build procedures, dashboards and scorecards from scratch.
