About the role
A large company in Mississauga is hiring for this role. You will own day-to-day supply chain execution across demand planning, inventory, procurement, supplier performance and distribution. The goal is steady product availability, strong service levels and tight cost control.
What you'll do
- Manage daily supply chain execution from demand planning through to distribution.
- Keep inventory and product availability in line with service level targets.
- Oversee procurement and track supplier performance.
- Lead improvement initiatives that raise efficiency and reduce cost.
- Develop and coach your team.
- Work with internal departments, suppliers and logistics partners on business growth, compliance and supply risk.
What you bring
- A background managing supply chain operations across planning, inventory, procurement and distribution.
- Experience leading a team and developing people.
- The ability to manage supplier and logistics partner relationships.
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements and supply risk management.
