What you'll do
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, routing, maintenance and compliance.
- Supervise drivers and support staff.
- Analyze fleet data and performance to find and resolve operational issues.
- Optimize processes across the fleet.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams, and support decisions on fleet growth and equipment upgrades.
What you bring
- Experience managing fleet or transportation operations.
- Experience supervising drivers and support staff.
- Comfort analyzing fleet data and performance to guide decisions.
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with maintenance and logistics teams to solve problems.
