- Experience in revenue operations or go-to-market operations at a senior level
- Hands-on skill building automations, internal tools and data systems
- Familiarity with AI agents and how to put them to practical use
- Ability to lead cross-functional work and get teams to adopt new solutions
- A habit of measuring results and reporting on impact
