A mid-sized telecommunications company in Markham is hiring for this role. You will lead and develop a team of field technicians and contractors who handle fiber network installations, maintenance and repairs across the Western GTA. You will keep service quality, safety and delivery on target.

- Manage service quality, safety and customer escalations
- Monitor vendor performance and produce operational reports
- Improve processes and meet performance targets

- Experience leading field technicians and contractors
- Background in fiber network installation, maintenance and repair work
- Ability to manage scheduling, safety and service quality across a wide territory
- Skill in handling customer escalations and vendor performance
- Comfort with operational reporting and process improvement
