About the role
A large retail company in Nanticoke is hiring for this role. You will lead Area Managers and FC Leads across fulfillment facilities during deployments, owning safety, quality, delivery, cost and facility P&L performance. The role then leads into a permanent senior operations position at a new fulfillment center.
What you'll do
- Lead Area Managers and FC Leads at fulfillment facilities during deployments.
- Own safety, quality, delivery, cost and facility P&L results.
- Respond to facility launches and operational crises.
- Plan capacity and labour to meet demand.
- Develop future leaders on the operations team.
- Prepare to transition into a permanent senior operations role at a new fulfillment center.
What you bring
- Experience leading managers and leads in a fulfillment or similar high-volume operation.
- Working knowledge of facility P&L, cost control and capacity and labour planning.
- A record of handling launches and operational problems under pressure.
- A commitment to coaching and developing leaders.
