About the role
A small non-profit organization in Denver is hiring for this role. You will lead daily food manufacturing operations and build the capacity and infrastructure the organization needs to grow. You will also help select and implement an ERP system and support a trauma-informed workplace.

- Lead daily food manufacturing operations, including production, safety and quality
- Manage staffing, budgets and supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement across the operation
- Develop operational capacity and infrastructure
- Lead capital projects and help select and implement an ERP system
What you bring
- Experience leading food manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of production, safety, quality and supply chain management
- Budget and staffing management experience
- Experience with capital projects and ERP selection or implementation
- A commitment to supporting a trauma-informed workplace
