What you'll do
- Manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract to closing.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, vendors and other partners.
- Track documents, deadlines and closing requirements.
- Coordinate renovation and refinance activities.
- Maintain transaction records and reports, and improve operational workflows.
