About the role
A mid-sized oil and gas company in Greenville is hiring for this role. You will direct the safe, compliant, reliable and economical operation of two gas turbine power plants. You will oversee operations, maintenance, engineering, construction and the business functions that support them.
What you'll do
- Lead safety and regulatory compliance across both plants.
- Direct operations, maintenance, engineering and construction activity.
- Set long- and short-term plans and manage the budget.
- Develop the workforce and drive plant improvements.
- Manage relationships with employees, officials, contractors and the public.
What you bring
- Experience running power generation or similar plant operations, including gas turbine facilities.
- A record of leading safety and regulatory compliance programs.
- Skill in planning, budgeting and workforce development.
- The ability to lead across operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
- Strong communication with officials, contractors and the public.
