About the role
A large real estate company in Osprey is hiring for this role. You will lead the maintenance team and own the day-to-day upkeep of the property, from resident service requests to apartment turnovers. The role exists to keep property operations safe, efficient and within budget.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the maintenance staff.
- Oversee resident service requests and apartment turnovers.
- Run the preventive maintenance program and building upkeep.
- Manage inspections and capital projects.
- Coordinate vendors and keep spending within budget.
- Arrange emergency coverage for the property.
