About the role
A large retail company in Greenwood is hiring for this role. You will lead operations across assigned fulfillment facilities and own safety, quality, delivery, cost and facility P&L performance. The role supports new site launches and crisis turnarounds, and prepares you to move into a permanent senior leadership position at a future facility.
What you'll do
- Lead operations across your assigned fulfillment facilities
- Own safety, quality, delivery, cost and facility P&L results
- Support facility launches and crisis turnarounds
- Develop Area Managers and FC Leads
- Plan capacity and labour, and work with partners across the supply chain
What you bring
- Experience leading fulfillment or similar large-scale operations
- Hands-on accountability for facility P&L, safety, quality and cost
- A record of developing Area Managers, leads or similar front-line leaders
- Capacity and labour planning skills
- Willingness to transition into a permanent senior leadership role at a future facility
