About the role
A large retail company in Dallas is hiring for this role. You will lead fulfillment operations across multiple facilities and own safety, quality, delivery, cost and facility P&L performance. You will also support new site launches and crisis deployments, and prepare to move into a senior leadership role at a future fulfillment centre.
What you'll do

- Develop Area Managers and fulfillment centre leads.
- Plan capacity and labour, and partner with other functions to hit targets.
What you bring
- Experience leading fulfillment or similar high-volume operations across more than one site.
- Accountability for safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
- Experience managing a P&L at the facility level.
- A track record of developing managers and frontline leaders.
- Skill in capacity and labour planning and in working across functions.
