A large retail company in Las Vegas is hiring for this role. You will lead Area Managers and fulfillment center leads across the company's network and own facility performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost. The role also prepares you to move into a permanent senior operations leadership position at a future fulfillment center.
What you'll do
- Lead Area Managers and fulfillment center leads across the network
- Own facility performance on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Support facility deployments, crisis response and operational improvements
- Manage facility financial performance
- Plan capacity and labour, and develop leaders on your teams
What you bring
- Experience leading managers and leads in a fulfillment or similar operations environment
- A track record of owning safety, quality, delivery and cost results
- Comfort managing facility financial performance
- Skill in capacity and labour planning
- Ability to develop leaders and step into a permanent senior operations role
