About the role
A large accounting company in Dartmouth is hiring for this role. You will own the preparation of engagements and tax work for private enterprise clients, and you will be a trusted point of contact for those clients. You will also help develop junior team members.
What you'll do
- Prepare review, compilation and White Paper engagements for private enterprise clients.
- Prepare tax returns and financial statements.
- Analyze financial information and recommend improvements to clients.
- Communicate proactively with clients and identify opportunities to add value.
- Coach junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
What you bring
- Experience preparing review and compilation engagements, financial statements and tax returns.
- Familiarity with White Paper engagements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial information into practical recommendations.
- Clear, proactive client communication.
- Willingness to coach and support junior colleagues.
