About the role
A large accounting company in Leamington is hiring for this role. You will manage compilation, review and audit engagements from preparation through completion, and keep engagement progress on track. You will also resolve accounting, audit and tax issues as they come up and support junior staff along the way.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review compilation, review and audit engagements
- Prepare and review tax returns, HST returns and bookkeeping work
- Manage engagement progress and resolve accounting, audit and tax issues
- Learn your clients' industries so your advice fits their business
- Mentor junior staff
What you bring
- Experience preparing and reviewing compilation, review and audit engagements
- Working knowledge of tax and HST return preparation
- Ability to manage engagements and resolve accounting, audit and tax issues
- Willingness to mentor junior staff
- Strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
