About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead end-to-end process transformation across payment operations, finding ways to improve efficiency, reduce risk and automate manual work. You will work with Business, Operations, Technology and Risk teams to advance operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead process transformation and improvement initiatives across payment operations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk and automate processes
- Develop process maps that show how payment work flows today and where it can improve
- Define metrics to track performance and the results of changes
- Build improvement roadmaps and align them with Business, Operations, Technology and Risk partners
What you bring
- Experience improving processes in a payment or similar operations environment
- Skill in process mapping, metrics and roadmap development
- A track record of finding automation and efficiency opportunities
- Awareness of operational risk and how it shapes process design
- Ability to work across business, operations, technology and risk teams
