About the role
A mid-sized professional services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis while also running day-to-day accounting operations. You will work with Finance and operational teams to keep spending visible and records compliant.
What you'll do
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Track spending and identify variances against plan.
- Report on business costs for Finance and operational teams.
- Process invoices, complete reconciliations and coordinate payments.
- Maintain financial documentation and meet compliance requirements.
What you bring
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Hands-on accounting skills, including invoice processing, reconciliations and payment coordination.
- The ability to spot variances and explain them clearly in reporting.
- Care with financial documentation and compliance.
- A collaborative approach with Finance and operational colleagues.
