About the role
A large advertising services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead day-to-day financial operations and own the monthly close and reporting process. The company needs a controller who keeps the accounting team and financial controls on track and delivers accurate, timely reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage the monthly close and reporting process.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and profitability monitoring.
- Oversee the accounting team and the financial controls.
- Partner with agency teams to resolve financial and billing issues.
What you bring
- Experience leading financial operations and running a monthly close.
- Experience managing an accounting team.
- Working knowledge of financial controls.
- Strength in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- Ability to deliver accurate, timely group reporting and work closely with agency teams.
