About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement across payment operations. The role exists to make payment processes more efficient, lower risk and easier to automate.
What you'll do
- Lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across payment operations.
- Analyze and redesign existing payment processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction and automation.
- Work with Business, Operations, Technology and Risk teams to put improvements in place.
What you bring
- Experience in the payment domain.
- Process engineering skills, including analyzing and redesigning processes end to end.
- An eye for efficiency, risk and automation opportunities.
- The ability to collaborate with business, operations, technology and risk stakeholders.
