You will own process improvement and technical support across melting, casting and post-casting operations, with a focus on capability, productivity, yield and product quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep production running well and resolve process issues.

- Train production personnel in collaboration with cross-functional teams
What you bring
- Background in metallurgical or process engineering
- Working knowledge of melting, casting and post-casting operations
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and act on what it shows
- Experience supporting quality investigations and writing or maintaining operating procedures
- Clear communication skills for training production staff and working across teams
