About the role
A mid-sized renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing company in Freeport is hiring for this role. You will maintain, repair and improve facility infrastructure and building systems, keeping the site safe and running.
What you'll do
- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC and plumbing
- Carry out carpentry, insulation and scaffolding work
- Improve facility infrastructure where it needs upgrading
- Follow safety and environmental requirements and take part in risk assessments
- Document maintenance activities in the CMMS
What you bring
- Hands-on experience across carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and scaffolding
- Working knowledge of safety and environmental requirements
- Experience taking part in risk assessments
- Experience recording work in a CMMS
