About the role
A small machinery manufacturing company in Mississauga is hiring for this role. You will be the day-to-day contact for customers on the company's legacy product lines, owning quotations and order processing from first inquiry through fulfilment. The role keeps customers informed and keeps sales administration running accurately.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries on legacy product lines
- Prepare and revise quotations
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
- Coordinate order processing and fulfilment with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and give customers timely order updates
- Communicate with sales colleagues, suppliers and other internal teams
What you bring
- Experience in inside sales, sales support or order management
- Comfort preparing quotations and reviewing purchase orders
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Clear communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues
