A small technology and internet company in Minneapolis is hiring for this role. You will own the path from client brief to launched project, and keep the contributor pipeline healthy once work is under way. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to make that process repeatable.
What you'll do
- Turn client briefs into launched projects by defining scope
- Write clear contributor instructions for each project
- Recruit specialized talent to staff projects
- Analyze contributor supply, quality and project health
- Improve pipelines with product and engineering teams, and build reusable systems and playbooks

- Experience running projects from brief through launch
- Skill at writing clear instructions and defining scope
- Experience sourcing and recruiting specialized contributors
- Comfort analyzing supply, quality and project health data
