About the role
A large insurance company in Boston is hiring for this role. You will own the daily cash picture, from monitoring bank accounts and cash needs to processing transactions and investment activity. You will also keep the payment and bank mapping records accurate.
What you'll do
- Monitor bank accounts and cash needs each day
- Process daily cash transactions and investment activity
- Review debt payments
- Maintain MRI bank mapping and journal entry files
- Coordinate property management fee payments through AvidPay and record title company invoice payments in MRI
What you bring
- Accounting experience in cash management and daily transaction processing
- Working knowledge of MRI, including bank mapping and journal entries
- Familiarity with AvidPay for payment coordination
- Attention to detail when reviewing debt payments and recording invoices
