About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Carson is hiring for this role. You will support the Repair Station Manager in running repair orders for aircraft interior parts, from planning through delivery. The role keeps repairs moving on time, with full material traceability and clear performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Plan, process, document and track repair orders for aircraft interior parts
- Maintain material traceability throughout the repair process
- Report performance metrics to the Repair Station Manager
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to resolve issues and align resources
- Execute corrective actions and recovery plans to support on-time delivery
- Handle warranty repairs, claims and customer returns
What you bring
- Experience supervising or coordinating repair or production work
- Comfort with documentation, traceability and tracking repair orders
- Ability to work across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams
- Skill in reporting performance metrics and driving corrective actions
- Familiarity with warranty, claims and customer return processes
