About the role
A large company in Vaughan is hiring for this role. You will lead the operations of the shoring division and own project delivery across major infrastructure projects. You will also support business growth through project pursuits and estimating.
What you'll do
- Lead field execution, safety, schedules, budgets, resources and quality across major infrastructure projects
- Guide and develop the field leaders who run the work
- Support project pursuits and estimating to help the division grow
- Work with clients, engineers, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track
What you bring
- Experience leading operations and project delivery in shoring or similar infrastructure construction
- A record of managing safety, schedules, budgets and quality on large projects
- The ability to lead field leaders and work with clients, engineers and contractors
- Exposure to project pursuits and estimating
