About the role
A large construction company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will own project cost tracking, subcontractor invoicing and progress billing support on an 18-month contract. You will also help carry projects through close, including the release of construction holdbacks.
What you'll do
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Process subcontractor invoices and change orders
- Prepare progress billings
- Maintain cash receipts and accounts receivable
- Support project close, reconciliations, forecasting and financial reporting
- Coordinate construction holdback releases
What you bring
- Working knowledge of subcontractor invoicing, change orders and progress billings
- Experience with accounts receivable and cash receipts
- Comfort with reconciliations, forecasting and financial reporting
- Ability to coordinate holdback releases and project close activities
