About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Winchester is hiring for this role. You will supervise day-to-day dairy production operations and make sure production targets, product quality, safety, sanitation, staffing and scheduling requirements are met. The role is a relief position.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily dairy production and keep output on target
- Lead employees and manage staffing and scheduling
- Hold the line on product quality, safety and sanitation
- Analyze operational issues and take corrective action
- Support continuous improvement and work within budgets

- Experience supervising people in a production environment
- Working knowledge of quality, safety and sanitation requirements
- Ability to analyze problems and follow through with corrective action
