About the role
A large semiconductor manufacturing company in Colorado Springs is hiring for this role. You will own the functional test programs for board products, from new product introduction through mass production and end-of-life. The role exists to support production readiness and to improve yield and quality.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage functional test programs, test coverage, test flows and test limits for board products.
- Coordinate with design, product engineering, manufacturing and contract manufacturer teams.
- Support production readiness as products move from new product introduction into mass production.
- Investigate failures and work to improve yield and quality.
- Meet cost and schedule targets across the product lifecycle.
What you bring
- Experience developing functional test programs and test flows for board products.
- Working knowledge of test coverage and test limits in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work with design, product engineering and contract manufacturer teams.
- A practical approach to failure investigation and yield improvement.
