- Inspect the facility on a regular basis
- Ensure safety compliance through audits
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvements
- Supervise and develop the maintenance team
What you bring
- Experience supervising a maintenance team
- Ability to prioritize and manage work orders
- Working knowledge of safety compliance and audit practices
- Comfort analyzing maintenance data and acting on what it shows
- A coaching approach to developing people
