About the role
A large financial services company in Boston is hiring for this role. You will own the strategy, architecture, roadmap and governance of the enterprise agentic AI platform. The role exists to keep the platform secure, reliable, scalable and cost-efficient as teams build on it.
What you'll do
- Set the platform strategy, architecture and roadmap for agentic AI, including multi-agent orchestration.
- Oversee security, reliability, scalability and cost optimization across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
- Lead and develop engineering leaders on the platform teams.
- Represent the platform teams in governance forums.
- Partner with architecture, data and product teams to guide platform delivery and innovation.
What you bring
- Experience owning an enterprise AI or agentic platform at the strategy and architecture level.
- Working knowledge of multi-agent orchestration.
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
- A record of leading and developing engineering leaders.
- Comfort working in governance settings alongside data, architecture and product partners.
