About the role
A large financial services company in Quincy is hiring for this role. You will own the strategy, architecture, roadmap and governance of the enterprise agentic AI platform, and you will lead the engineering talent that builds it. The role also represents platform teams in executive governance.
What you'll do
- Set the strategy, architecture and roadmap for the enterprise agentic AI platform
- Direct multi-agent orchestration, security, reliability, scalability and cost optimization across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
- Lead and develop engineering talent on the platform
- Represent platform teams in executive governance forums
- Partner with architecture, data and product teams to guide platform delivery and innovation
What you bring
- Experience owning an enterprise AI or agentic platform, including multi-agent orchestration
- Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Ability to work with executives on governance and with architecture, data and product partners
