About the role
A mid-sized software development company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will own Voice AI product areas end to end, from architecture and implementation through rollout and ongoing production operations. The role exists to build and run the real-time serving infrastructure behind the company's voice products.
What you'll do
- Own Voice AI product areas from architecture through implementation, rollout and production operations.
- Build and operate high-performance real-time serving infrastructure for speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice-agent workloads.
- Coordinate delivery across teams.
- Mentor colleagues.
What you bring
- Experience building and operating real-time, high-performance serving infrastructure in production.
- Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech or voice-agent workloads.
- The ability to carry work from design to rollout and keep it running.
- A track record of coordinating across teams and mentoring other engineers.
