About the role
A mid-sized software development company in Montreal is hiring for this role. You will own the Voice AI inference stack and its product areas end to end, from architecture through rollout and ongoing production operations. The work supports real-time speech and voice-agent workloads.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture, implementation and rollout of the Voice AI inference stack.
- Build and optimize real-time serving infrastructure for speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice-agent workloads.
- Run the systems you ship in production and keep them reliable.
- Coordinate delivery across teams.
- Mentor colleagues.
What you bring
- Experience building and operating production inference or serving infrastructure.
- Familiarity with real-time speech workloads such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech or voice agents.
- Ability to take a product area from design through rollout.
- Comfort coordinating work across teams and mentoring others.
