About the role
A large IT services and IT consulting company in Canada is hiring for this role. You will design, prototype and deliver AI-native applications built on large language models, generative AI APIs and cloud platforms. You will also connect those applications to the databases and enterprise systems they depend on.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype and deliver AI-native applications using large language models and generative AI APIs
- Build agentic architectures and retrieval systems on cloud platforms
- Integrate AI with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
- Evaluate quality, reliability, latency and cost
- Apply sound practices for security, privacy, observability and human oversight
What you bring
- Hands-on familiarity with large language models and generative AI APIs
- Understanding of agentic architectures and retrieval systems
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Ability to work with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
