About the role
A large software development company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will build and scale Kubernetes platform capabilities that run enterprise AI workloads, and you will lead technical design along the way. The role exists to keep those workloads secure and performant.
What you'll do
- Build and scale Kubernetes platform capabilities for enterprise AI workloads
- Develop custom resources, operators and controllers
- Implement GPU-aware scheduling and integrations with AI/ML tools
- Lead technical design and reviews, and mentor other engineers
- Collaborate with product, Kubernetes and data services teams to support workloads with persistent storage
What you bring
- Hands-on Kubernetes platform engineering experience, including operators and controllers
- Familiarity with GPU-aware scheduling and AI/ML tooling
- Experience leading technical design and reviews
- A track record of mentoring engineers
- Comfort working across product and infrastructure teams
