About the role
A large financial services company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will lead day-to-day operational execution, governance and continuous improvement for retail and institutional investment fund products. The role also owns operational readiness when products launch or change.
What you'll do
- Lead daily operations for mutual funds, pooled funds, ETFs and HISAs
- Oversee governance and continuous improvement across fund products
- Oversee operational readiness for product launches and changes
- Manage operational risks and escalations
- Lead or support strategic cross-functional projects
What you bring
- Experience in investment fund operations across retail and institutional products
- Knowledge of mutual funds, pooled funds, ETFs and HISAs
- Experience managing risk, escalations and governance
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
