About the role
A large financial services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead day-to-day operational execution, governance and continuous improvement for retail and institutional investment fund products, including mutual funds, pooled funds, ETFs and HISAs. You will also make sure each product launch or change is operationally ready.
What you'll do
- Lead daily operational execution for mutual funds, pooled funds, ETFs and HISAs
- Oversee governance and drive continuous improvement across fund operations
- Oversee operational readiness for product launches and product changes
- Manage operational risks and escalations
- Lead or support strategic cross-functional projects
What you bring
- Experience in investment fund operations across retail and institutional products
- Knowledge of mutual funds, pooled funds, ETFs and HISAs
- Ability to manage risk, escalations and governance in a regulated setting
- Skill in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvement
