About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Belleville is hiring for this role. You will test in-process and finished dairy products and monitor plant environmental and water quality. You will also support the HACCP and QSL programs that keep product safe and release-ready.
What you'll do
- Conduct analytical, microbiological, chemical and sensory testing of in-process and finished dairy products.
- Monitor plant environmental and water quality.
- Support HACCP and QSL programs through audits and documentation.
- Verify CCPs and monitor product release.
- Calibrate equipment and communicate deviations and corrective actions.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with microbiological, chemical and sensory testing.
- Working knowledge of HACCP and QSL programs.
- Familiarity with CCP verification and equipment calibration.
- Clear communication when reporting deviations and corrective actions.
