About the role
A mid-sized industrial machinery manufacturing company in Longueuil is hiring for this role. You will lead on-site execution of mission-critical HVAC programs, covering air-side and chiller/water-side equipment. You will be the company's primary escalation point with customers and project partners.
What you'll do
- Lead on-site execution from rework and start-up through commissioning, warranty and field support.
- Coordinate internal and external teams across each program.
- Oversee on-site staff and keep work moving to schedule.
- Manage project risks and schedules.
- Ensure safety on site and act as the escalation point for customers and project partners.
What you bring
- Experience managing projects for mission-critical HVAC or data center equipment.
- Working knowledge of air-side and chiller/water-side systems.
- Ability to coordinate and direct internal teams, external teams and on-site staff.
- Strong risk and schedule management skills.
- A firm commitment to site safety and clear communication with customers.
