About the role
A large industrial machinery manufacturing company in Nisku is hiring for this role. You will lead quality strategy and quality teams across multiple factories, covering manufacturing, supplier, customer and new product quality. You will also own the Quality Management System and compliance, and report business risks and initiatives to executive leadership.

What you bring
- Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements
- A record of improving quality performance and customer satisfaction through metrics and continuous improvement
- Experience with audits, corrective actions and risk management
- Comfort presenting to executive leadership
