About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in London is hiring for this role. You will oversee production operations on the PM shift, assigning work and scheduling staff to meet production, quality, safety and efficiency targets. You will be the link between the production team and Maintenance.
What you'll do
- Assign work and schedule staff to meet shift production targets
- Monitor performance and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Train employees on procedures and expectations
- Coordinate with Maintenance to keep lines running
- Address production issues through inspections, reporting and continuous improvement
