A large motor vehicle parts manufacturing company in Tipton is hiring for this role. You will supervise, coach and develop shift associates while directing work, staffing and production activities. The role exists to keep the team on target for safety, quality, efficiency, cost and customer goals.
What you'll do
- Supervise, coach and develop shift associates.
- Direct work, staffing and production activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, cost and customer goals.
- Lead emergency response and incident investigations.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
- Support audits and improvement teams, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
What you bring
- Experience supervising or leading production associates.
- Ability to coach and develop a team.
- A working focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
- Skill in investigating incidents and following through on corrective actions.
